• More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling

• Within 24 hours: No refund. Rescheduling subject to doctor availability

• No-show (missed appointment without notice): Non-refundable

2. Cancellation by Clinic

If the clinic cancels the appointment (due to emergencies or unavailability), patients will be:

• Notified via phone/email

• Offered full refund or alternate appointment
